Guard Service
Daycare is offered from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. for $50/week
($3/minute in case of delay of more than 10min after 5 p.m.)
**Exam and *Snacks
*We favor a seine diet, the snacks offered in the morning and afternoon are made up of fruit (banana, orange, apple, tender bar…)
**A belt exam, “grade passage” is given at the end of the camp week or parents are invited to attend if they can.
Program
The camp will be offered as much as possible outdoors to take advantage of the good weather, in bad weather or specific exercise sessions we will use the infrastructures of the Notre-Dame college sports complex.
Taekwondo is a very complete martial art where discipline is essential. We approach all the facets of our art from the technique of kicking, punching through self defense, improving flexibility, concentration or coordination.
We also cover a few activities such as basketball, soccer and even Korean dance.
